Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Buoyed by a hard-fought 1-0 win over Burgos, Elche will look to move one step closer towards automatic promotion when they take on Levante in the Segunda Division derby. Los Franjiverdes are on the right track to return to La Liga, but they can’t afford any complacency in the season finale. Both Diaby and Santiago continue to miss out with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Los Levantinos, on the other hand, head into the match following a 1-1 draw with Tenerife. Julian Calero’s men are determined to secure automatic promotion as well, but given their recent struggles on the road, we are tempted to put our money on the league leaders this time out. Levante defender Jorge Cabello serves a one-game ban due to the accumulation of yellow cards, which is yet another reason why we are going to place our bets on the home side.
