Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Following a 2-2 draw with Granada, Elche will be aiming to escape the danger zone when they face Mirandes on Matchday 6. Los Franjiverdes have yet to find their best form in the new Segunda Division campaign, but Sunday’s clash could be the turning point for the home team. Morocco forward Mourad El Ghezouani is pushing for a start after scoring as a substitute in the last league match, while both Aleix Febas and Raul Guti remain in the recovery room.
Los Rojillos, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-0 win over Albacete. As Mirandes have been in a much better form of late than Elche, we predict that the visitors are going to emerge triumphant in Sunday’s encounter. As there are no fresh injury worries in the visiting team ahead of the trip to Elche, Alessio Lisci is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated El Queso Mecanico.
