Ibiza and Malaga go head to head at Estadi Municipal de Can Misses in what is expected to be one of the most interesting games of Sunday’s program. Ibiza did well to hold Zaragoza to a goalless draw in their opener, and the newcomers are now on a quest to record their first win of the process. Both Davo and Appin are pushing for a start, while Castel should continue to lead the line for the hosts.
Los Boquerones, on the other hand, head into the match following a goalless draw with Mirandes. The Andalusians looked solid at the back in the opening match of the season, and, taking everything into account, a low-scoring affair is on the cards at Estadi Municipal de Can Misses. David Lomban was born in Aviles, Asturias on 5 June, 1987 and he began his senior career at Valencia. The 185-cm-tall defender played 37 matches for Valencia B and he made no more than three appearances for the first team. After spending the 2009/2010 season on loan at Salamanca, he joined Xerez in 2010 and two years later he signed for Barcelona B.
David Lomban played just one season for the Catalan outfit in Segunda Division and then he decided to take a bigger step towards a brighter future as he joined La Liga side Elche. After making 62 appearances for the club, he signed a three-year contract with Granada on 10 August, 2015. Lomban played 31 games for los Granadinos in the 2015/2016 La Liga campaign, but he failed to find the net for the Andalusian outfit in the top flight.
David Lomban’s contract with Granada expires on 30 June, 2018. Speaking of his international career, the Granada defender has 11 caps for Spain U17 and he played one match for Spain U20 team as well.
