Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Lugo play host to Zaragoza at their Estadio Anxo Carro in the opening match of the La Liga 2 round 37. Lugo are running down a blind alley, with the team losing each of their last six league fixtures, with the team dropping to the relegation zone. The hosts are low on spirits ahead of Friday’s clash, and given their shaky defence, we do not believe that there is a big value in betting on Luis Cesar Sampedro’s troops.
Zaragoza, on the other hand, have been producing fine displays in the second half of the season, and, as a result, they are on the right track to secure the Segunda Division survival. Los Blanquillos aim to escape the danger zone, and we predict that they will take advantage of Lugo’s dreadful losing run. In the first half of the season Zaragoza defeated Lugo thanks to Pep Chavarria’s goal.
