Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Mirandes play host to Zaragoza at their Estadio Mendizorrotza in the opening match of Segunda Division round 7. Los Rojillos have been having their ups and downs of late and it has to be noted that they were more than fortunate to avoid defeat at Andorra (1-1). With Hugo Novoa Ramos limping off with injuries in the last league match, defender Sergio Postigo should be the only absentee in the home team.
Los Blanquillos, on the other hand, are desperate to record their first win of the season. As both Zaragoza and Mirandes will go for a win in Friday’s encounter, we are tempted to bet on both teams to score. You should bear in mind, though, that under 2.5 goals have been netted in each of the previous eleven meetings between the two sides. Speaking of the away team, Sancho is pushing for a start, whilst trio Carbonell – Guti – Kosa remains in the recovery room.
Highlighted Team (Mirandes):

Mirandes is a Spanish club founded on May 3, 1927. Los Rojillos compete in Segunda division, with the team still eyeing their first ever promotion to La Liga. Mirandes’ home colours are red and black, while their away kit is mainly light blue.
Mirandes did remarkably well to make it to the Copa del Rey semis in the 2019/20 season, with the team outplaying the likes of Celta, Villarreal, and Sevilla in the process. Real Sociedad, though, proved to be a big catch for Mirandes in the Spanish Cup semis. Los Rojillos welcome their rivals at Estadio Municipal de Anduva. The stadium was opened back in 1950, with the venue being able to host 5,759 spectators.
Mirandes played their first game on June 4, 1927, with the team defeating Arabarra thanks to Fidel Angulo’s goal. Zaragoza and Alaves are considered one of the club’s main rivals. Los Rojillos have won Castilla and Leon Cup on two occasions (2011, 2012).
