Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Racing Santander and Malaga go head to head at Estadio El Sardinero in the closing match of Saturday’s program. Los Racinguistas aim to build on back-to-back wins over Ferrol and Cordoba and they must be high on confidence ahead of the visit of Malaga. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team, but both Inigo Sainz-Maza and Alvaro Mantilla remain doubtful.
Los Boquerones, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, losing to both Mirandes and Zaragoza, but manager Sergio Pellicer believes that his men were unfortunate not to grab something from these games. Anyhow, home win should be considered as Racing Santander have been in a much better form of late than Malaga. Morocco midfielder Haitam Abaida continues to miss out with injury, but the 22-year-old should be the only absentee in the away team. Sergio Pellicer should stick to the 4-4-2 formation.
