Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Stadio Cino e Lillo Del Duca will host Saturday’s football game between Ascoli and Palermo, the two teams who are almost level on points in the Serie B standings. Ascoli are on a three-game winless run in the Italian second tier, with the team struggling in front of goal. Cristian Bucchi’s troops are only three points behind the playoffs berth, but this game will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side.
Fabrizio Caligara continues to miss out with injury, whereas Samuel Giovane misses out through suspension. The Sicilians, on the other hand, defeated Bari thanks to Ivan Marconi’s goal, with the team moving closer to the playoffs places. Palermo, though, are not regarded as good travellers, and we do not believe that they are capable of grabbing more than one point from Saturday’s clash. All Buttaro, Crivello, Elia, Gomes, and Vido are out of contention with injuries, speaking of the away side.
