Friday’s football game between Avellino and Monza will open round 3 of the new Serie B campaign. The newcomers are determined to record their first win of the season, but they will have a big fish to fry against the Biancorossi. It has to be noted that Avellino defender Andrea Cagnano serves a one-game ban following his sending-off in a 1-1 draw with Modena.
The Biancorossi, on the other hand, kicked off the new Serie B campaign with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Mantova, with the team sharing the spoils with Bari on Matchday 2.
