Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Brescia and Palermo face each other at Stadio Mario Rigamonti in the opening match of the Serie B round 19. Le Rondinelle have been struggling to find their form of late, with the team collecting only one point in total from the last four league fixtures, but Monday’s festive fixture could be the turning point for the home side. Both Davide Adorni and Fran Karacic are banned for the match, while Andrea Cistana has joined Massimo Bertagnoli and Dimitri Bisoli in the recovery room.
The Sicilians, on the other hand, did well to beat Cagliari 2-1 in their last league match, with the team moving closer to the playoffs berth. Palermo, though, are not regarded as good travellers, and we do not believe that they are capable of grabbing more than one point from the match. Palermo defender Ionut Nedelcearu misses out through suspension, while all Edoardo Lancini, Masimiliano Doda, Alessia Buttaro, and Salvatore Elia are sidelined with injuries.
