Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Sampdoria will try to avoid automatic drop to Serie C when they face Juve Stabia on the last day of the regular season. La Samp are sitting in 16th place in the standings, inches behind the safe zone and, no doubt, they will adopt an attack-minded approach in the decider. Midfielder Gerard Yepes is back from suspension, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of Tuesday’s clash. Leonardo Benedetti serves a one-game ban.
La Vespe, on the other hand, aim to clinch fifth place in the standings. Juve Stabia, though, have already secured their spot in the Serie B playoffs, which is probably the main reason why away win should be considered. Midfielder David Buglio remains on the sidelines with injury, but the 27-year-old should be the only absentee in the home team this time out.
