Our prediction for this Serie B match:
All eyes will be on Stadio Renzo Barbera when Palermo and Frosinone square off against each other on Saturday afternoon. Following three consecutive league wins, the Sicilians suffered a 2-0 loss to Genoa in their last league match, with the team dropping out of the playoffs berth. Since all Bettella, Crivello, Buttaro, Elia, Gomes, and Vido remain in the recovery room, home win should not be considered. To make things even worse for the home side, both Segre and Mateju are banned for the match.
The Canarini, on the other hand, moved one step closer to clinching top position with a 3-0 win over Cittadella. The league leaders are on a six-game winning run in the Italian second tier, and seeing that Palermo are hit by injuries and suspensions, we predict that the visiting team will emerge triumphant in Saturday’s derby. Fabio Lucioni (suspension) should be the only absentee in the away side.
