Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Mapei Stadium will host an eagerly-awaited Serie B game between Reggiana and Sampdoria, the two teams who are almost level on points in the standings. Reggiana have been struggling to find their best form of late, with the team failing to win the previous five league matches. I Granata will be without suspended midfielder Natan Girma in Saturday’s clash, while both Antonio Vergara and Luca Vido are major doubts and the duo will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
La Samp, on the other hand, quickly bounced back from a 3-1 loss to Brescia, with the team beating Lecco at the weekend. The Genovese aim to move closer to the playoffs places and given Reggiana’s poor form, away triumph should be considered. As for the away team, both Ronaldo Vieira and Alex Ferrari continue to miss out with injuries, while all Fabio Borini, Antonio Barreca, Estanis Pedrola, and Leonardo Benedetti are major doubts.
