Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Sunday’s football game at Stadio Marco Druso pits together Sudtirol and Ascoli, the two teams who are almost level on points in the Serie B standings. Sudtirol aim to stay in the playoffs berth, but this match will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. There are no fresh injury concerns in the home side, while both Michele Marconi and Mattia Sprocati should recover in time to face Ascoli.
I Picchi, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Frosinone. Since Ascoli will go for a triumph as well, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. Michele Collocolo misses out through suspension, while all Anthony Fontana, Soufiane Bidaoui, and Francesco Donati are out of contention with injuries for the away team. The two teams meet for the first time ever in the Serie B.
