Our prediction for this Serie B match:
After sharing the spoils with Catanzaro in their opener, Sudtirol will look to register their first win of the process when they face Sampdoria on Sunday evening. Sudtirol failed to turn their dominance into victory against Catanzaro and they are surely capable of matching La Samp on home soil. Algeria international Karim Zedadka has yet to overcome his injury, while fellow midfielder is a major doubt and will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
Sampdoria, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 2-0 loss to Modena and given their defensive struggles, we predict that the hosts are going to emerge triumphant in Sunday’s clash. In their last meeting at the venue, Sudtirol defeated Sampdoria 2-1 and we predict that history is going to repeat itself. Both Pafundi and Cuni are pushing for a start as La Samp boss Massimo Donati is expected to shuffle his pack.
