Our prediction for this Serie A match:
After coming from two goals behind to share the spoils with Milan, Roma will look to return to winning ways in Serie A when they welcome Fiorentina to their Stadio Olimpico. The Giallorossi want to keep their Champions League hopes alive, but Sunday’s game will be anything but a walk in the park for Jose Mourinho’s troops. Georginio Wijnaldum is closing in on a return, but this match comes too early for the Netherlands international. Ibanez is banned for the match.
Meanwhile, the Viola aim to build on a 2-1 win over Sassuolo. Morocco midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, who impressed at the 2022 World Cup finals, is pushing for a start, whereas both Rolando Mandragora, Luka Jovic, and Riccardo Sottil are out of contention with injuries. Anyhow, the share of spoils is on the cards at Stadio Olimpico as the two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment.
