Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Atalanta will be aiming to build on a thrilling 5-0 win over Empoli when they welcome Venezia to their Gewiss Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Azzurri rolled over Empoli at the weekend, but they need to keep on making progress to make it to the Champions League. A man to watch in the home team will be fit-again forward Ademola Lookman, who scored a brace against the Azzurri, while all Gianluca Scamacca, Isak Hien, and Giorgio Scalvini remain on the sidelines with injuries.
I Lagunari, on the other hand, are fighting hard to avoid relegation to Serie B. Venezia, though, have been struggling to find their form of late, losing three of their last four league matches, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered. Both Domen Crnigoj and Richie Sagrado are major doubts, while goalkeeper Filip Stankovic remains in the treatment room.
