Sampdoria
There will be fireworks when Cremonese and Sampdoria square off against each other in the relegation six-pointer. Cremonese are eyeing their first win of the season, and we are positive that they will leave their hearts on the field. Both Jack Hendry and Vlad Chiriches remain on the sidelines with injuries, while fellow defender Luka Lochoshvili should recover in time to face La Samp.
Dejan Stankovic’s troops are eyeing their first triumph of the season as well, but given their poor away record (0-1-3), we believe that there is a big value in betting on the home team. Both Jeison Murillo and Manuel De Luca have been struggling with injuries, and the duo is unlikely to feature in Monday’s showdown. Jeison Murillo is a 24-year-old Colombian defender who plays for Inter Milan in Serie A. The centre back started in the youth teams of Deportivo Cali but made his senior professional bow with Udinese and Granada, as part of the partnership agreement between the clubs.
He moved on a permanent basis to Granada in 2011 but spent most of his time on loans at fellow Spanish league clubs Cadiz and Las Palmas. His talent was there for everyone to see and soon he would end up moving to Inter Milan in 2015. Murillo made his international debut for Colombia in 2014.
He was also a member of the 2015 Copa America squad and scored his solitary goal in national colors against Brazil. He would go on to win the “Best Young Player” of the tournament. Murillo is a hard-tackling no-nonsense centre back and is regarded as a ball-playing defender, which is almost a rarity in world football.

Sampdoria is an Italian football club from Genoa which is currently playing in the highest Italian football division: the Serie A. The club colours of Sampdoria are blue and white and is known under the nickname Blucerchiati. Sampdoria host it’s home games in the Stadio Luigi Ferraris which is located in Genua. Interesting detail is that their biggest city rival Genoa is playing their home games in Stadio Luigi Ferraris as well.
In the past Sampdoria was playing in the Serie B and Serie A on and off. After the big successes in the end of the eighties the club became a stable team in the Serie A. Sampdoria managed to win the Scudetto once in 1991, the Coppa Italia 4 times in 1985, 1988, 1989 and 1994 and the Europe Cup II in 1990.
