Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Buoyed by a 2-1 win over Genoa, Milan will be aiming to keep their Scudetto hopes alive when they take on Sassuolo in the Serie A round 32. The Rossoneri are eyeing their third consecutive win in the national championship, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in the midweek clash. Maldini remains on the sidelines, while Calabria is a major doubt, and he will be assessed ahead of the kick-off. The good news for the hosts is that Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns from suspension.
The Neroverdi, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Benevento and Fiorentina. Sassuolo, though, have slim chances of booking their place in European competitions, and seeing that Ibra is back for the Rossoneri, home win should be considered. Ayhan has been tested positive for coronavirus, while Caputo is out of contention through injury for the visiting team.
