Our prediction for this Taca de Portugal match:
Maritimo play host to Leiria at their Estadio do Maritimo in what is expected to be an interesting Primeira Liga game. O Maior das Ilhas are undefeated in the previous four league games and they are surely capable of matching Leiria in the Taca de Portugal clash. Even though there are no fresh injury worries in the home team, talented forward Bica should be recalled to the starting XI.
Os Lis, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Academico Viseu at the weekend, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. As for the visiting side, experienced defender Bura is pushing for a start after coming as a substitute in the last Liga Portugal 2 game. In their last meeting at the venue Maritimo defeated Leiria 1-0 and we predict that history is going to repeat itself.
