Following a 1-1 draw with Burundi, Kenya will look to claim a major scalp in round 4 when they take on Group F leaders Ivory Coast on Tuesday afternoon. The Harambee Stars have a chance to overtake Gabon in second position, but they will have a mountain to climb against the Elephants. Kenya midfielder Duke Abuya should be recalled to the starting XI after scoring as a substitute in the last qualifying game, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
Ivory Coast, on the other hand, are eager to keep their 100% record intact. Emerse Fae’s men are determined to retain top position in the standings. Considering that Kenya are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach in Tuesday’s qualifier, we predict that the visitors will have a number of opportunities to seal the victory on the break.
