Our prediction for this Belgium Pro League match:
Den Dreef will host Saturday’s football match between Leuven and Seraing. Marc Brys’ troops defeated Oostende thanks to Xavier Mercier’s goal in their last league match, with the team moving closer to the Conference League berth. Even though Jordan midfielder Mousa Al-Tamari misses the match through suspension, home win should be considered as Leuven were in a fine form before the international break.
Seraing, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team losing three of their last four league fixtures. The newcomers are low on confidence ahead of the trip to Heverlee, and they are unlikely to spoil Leuven’s party at Den Dreef. All Francois D’Onofrio, Bassim Boukteb, and Ali Sanogo are rated doubtful for the visiting team. In their last meeting in a competitive match, six years ago, Leuven recorded a 3-2 win over Seraing.
