Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
All eyes will be on Weserstadion when Werder Bremen and St. Pauli face each other in the 2. Bundesliga derby. Werder have been performing below expectations in the first half of the season, but they are still seen as favourites to win Saturday’s clash. All Nick Woltemade, Christian Gross, Omer Toprak, and Thore Jacobsen are out of contention with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
The league leaders, on the other hand, have been scoring goals for fun of late. St. Pauli are likely to stick to their attacking style of play, and seeing that Werder Bremen are a real force to be reckoned with at home, both teams to score betting option should be considered. All Jannes Wieckhoff, Lukas Daschner, and Christopher Avevor should miss out with injuries for the visiting team.
