Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Hoffenheim will look to put an end to their three-game losing run when they take on Arminia Bielefeld in the Bundesliga round 22. Hoffenheim suffered a dip in form, but this game could be the turning point for the hosts, who are eyeing a place in European competitions. All Kevin Akpoguma, Mijat Gacinovic, and Ermin Bicakcic are sidelined with injuries, while Marco John has recovered from coronavirus.
Die Arminien, on the other hand, sit in the danger zone ahead of the trip to Sinheim. Bielefeld are undefeated in the previous six league fixtures, but seeing that Hoffenheim are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed. Patrick Wimmer serves a one-game ban, while Stefanos Kapino misses out with injury. You should know that under 2.5 goals have been netted in each of the previous four meetings between the two sides.
Highlighted Player (Moanes Dabour):
Born in Nazareth on May 14, 1992, Moanes Dabour is an Israel international who plays for Red Bull Salzburg in Austrian Bundesliga. Dabour played in Israeli clubs Maccabi Nazareth and Maccabi Tel Aviv during his youth career and it has to be noted that he played for the two teams at senior level as well.
In 2014 he joined Swiss side Grasshopper and after scoring 41 goals in 82 appearances in the league for the club, he moved to Austria, signing a deal with big-spending Red Bull Salzburg. In 2017 Moanes Dabour was scoring goals for fun in the 2018/2019 Champions League qualifiers, but that eventually did not help the Red Bulls book their place in the group stages of the elite competition.
Speaking of his international career, Moanes Dabour made his Israel debut against Honduras on June 1 2014. Israel won the game 4-2, but the Salzburg attacker failed to mark his debut with a goal. Dabour opened his goal-scoring account with the Israeli national team in September, 2015 in a 4-0 win over Andorra.
Highlighted Team (Arminia Bielefeld):
Arminia Bielefeld is a German club founded on May 3, 1905. Die Arminen play home games at Bielefelder Alm. The venue was built in 1926, and it can hold up to 26,515 spectators. Arminia Bielefeld have yet to win the Bundesliga trophy, but they did well to lift the West German Cup title on two occasions (1966, 1974).
Back in 1922 they won the Western German football championship, with the team repeating the success the following year. Arminia Bielefeld wear dark blue shirts when playing at home ground, while white is the dominant colour of their away jersey. In the 2019/20 season Arminia returned to the Bundesliga, where they undisputedly belong.
Bruno Labbadia is considered one of the most famous footballers who played for the club. The ex Bayern Munchen attacker scored 50 goals in 98 appearances in the league for Arminia Bielefeld. Labbadia has two caps for the German national team, and six for the West Germany U21.
