Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Koln and Hertha Berlin go head to head at RheinEnergieStadion in what is expected to be an exciting encounter. Koln have been totally unpredictable in the first half of the season, with the team making a slow start to the year. Following a 1-0 loss to Augsburg, the Billy Goats suffered a heavy 5-0 loss to Freiburg in their last league match, and, no doubt, the lack of confidence could prove to be a big problem for the hosts.
The capital club, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to relegation strugglers Arminia Bielefeld. Hertha are determined to return to winning ways in the German top flight, and it seems as if they will not have a better chance than this to do so. Poland attacker Piatek should be recalled to the starting XI as former Koln attacker Jhon Cordoba has been struggling to find his best form ever since he recovered from an ankle injury.
Highlighted Player (Frederik Sorensen):
Frederik Sorensen is a Danish footballer who plays for Bundesliga side Koln as a defender. He plays as a centre back, but he is capable of playing as a right back as well. Sorensen was born in Copenhagen on 14 April, 1992 and he played for the likes of Roskilde KFUM, Himmelev-Veddelev, FC Roskilde and Lyngby during his youth career.
The 194-cm-tall defender was spotted by Juventus scouts in 2010 and on 27 August he officially signed a contract with the “Old Lady”. Nonetheless, Sorensen made no more than 17 league appearances for Juve between 2010 and 2012. On 17 January, 2012 he joined Bologna for a fee of € 2.5 million and he made 42 league appearances for the Rossoblu, scoring two goals for the club.
After ending his loan spell with Verona in 2015, he signed a deal with Koln for €1.6 million and he has been playing for the Bundesliga outfit ever since. Frederik Sorensen has 15 caps for Denmark U21 team and he played for the U20 and the U17 team as well.
