Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Wolfsburg play host to Koln at their VOLKSWAGEN ARENA on day 1 of the 2019/2020 Bundesliga season. The Wolves did well to crush Nice 8-1 in their last warm-up game, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Saturday’s football match against the Billy Goats. However, seeing that Wolfsburg are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that they are going to pick up all three points from the opening match of the season.
Wout Weghorst, who scored 17 goals in the German top flight last term, will be the man to watch in the home team. Koln return to the Bundesliga following a one-year absence and they are determined to secure the elite division survival. The Billy Goats, though, are not regarded as good travelers and we do not believe that they are capable of claiming a major scalp on Matchday 1.

The Spanish footballer signed for Wolfsburg for a fee of £10 million and he made his Bundesliga debut on August 19 in a 3-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund.
