Our prediction for this Championship match:
Luton Town and Leeds United face each other at Kenilworth Road in what is expected to be one of the most exciting fixtures of Saturday’s program. The newcomers suffered a dip in form, with the team losing each of their previous four league fixtures, but, they will, as always, leave their hearts on the field. Since there have been over 2.5 goals in each of Luton Town’s last five league matches, a lively contest is on the cards.
The Whites, on the other hand, are determined to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League. Marcelo Bielsa’s men are likely to go for a win in Saturday’s clash, and given Luton’s shaky defence, away win should be considered. You should bear in mind that Leeds United are eyeing their third consecutive win in the English top flight as they defeated QPR and Blackburn at home earlier this month.

Highlighted Player (Simon Sluga):

Simon Sluga is a Croatian goalkeeper who plays for Luton Town in the Championship. Born in Porec on March 17, 1993, the 191-cm-tall shot-stopper started his youth career at hometown club Jadran Porec before joining famous Croatian club Rijeka.
After spending two years on loan Juventus Primavera and Verona Primavera, Simon Sluga signed a professional contract with Rijeka in 2013. It has to be noted that he played for the likes of Pomorac, Lokomotiva Zagreb and Spezia on loan as well before moving to England. The Luton Town goalkeeper represented Croatia U17, U18, U19, U20 and U21 teams in international matches and he made his senior team debut on June 11, 2019 in a friendly against Tunisia.
The Vatreni were beaten by the African side 2-1 in Varazdin, with Simon Sluga playing a full 90 minutes for Zlatko Dalic’s team. His contract with Luton Town should expire on June 30, 2022.
Highlighted Team (Leeds United):

Leeds United is one of the clubs that won the FA Cup. The Whites outplayed Arsenal in the final of the prestigious competition back in 1972, but they clinched the League Cup trophy as well. Leeds United faced the Gunners in the 1967/1968 League Cup final and it has to be noted that Terry Cooper scored the winner for the Whites.
Leeds play their home games at Elland Road and the capacity of the stadium is 37,914. The club was founded in 1919 and they have won three First Division (Premier League) trophies ever since (1968/1969, 1973/1974, 1991/1992). Leeds United made it to the Champions League final in 1975, but they were beaten by Bayern Munich in the title clash.
The Whites were impressive under David O’Leary. The likes of Jonathan Woodgate, Lee Bowyer, Harry Kewell, Mark Viduka and Ian Harte were part of the Elland Road outfit back then and they did well to reach the semis of the Champions League in 2001.
