The Lions are seen as favourites to win Monday’s showdown, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. Talented midfielder Daniel Kelly limped off with injury in the EFL Cup loss to Crystal Palace, joining the likes of Femi Azeez, Billy Mitchell, Dan McNamara, and Rafiq Lamptey in the recovery room.
The Hornets, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Blackburn Rovers and with Millwall turning their stadium into a real fortress, we do not believe that Paulo Pezzolano’s men are capable of grabbing something from the match.
