The Black Cats are determined to return to the Premier League, but they need to keep on improving their game if they are to turn the dream into reality. Kane Wilson limped off with injury in the midweek triumph, with Tom Barkhuizen likely to sneak into the starting XI.
The Pilgrims, on the other hand, are stuck at the bottom of the table with only 21 points on their account. As Plymouth experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 5-0 loss to Burnley, we are tempted to place our bets on Sunderland. In their last meeting at Stadium of Light, Sunderland outplayed Plymouth 3-1, which goes in favour of our earlier prediction. The likes of Edwards, Galloway, Hazard, Szucs, and Tijani are out of contention with injuries for the visiting side.
