Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Celtic Park will be the centre of attention when Celtic and Bayern Munich go head to head in the Champions League last 32, first leg. The Hoops are eager to claim a major scalp in this double-header, but even on home soil, they enter the first leg as clear underdogs. Paulo Bernardo has overcome his minor injury, but James Forrest remains in the recovery room. Reo Hatate should be recalled to the starting XI after coming as a substitute in the Scottish Cup win (5-0) over Raith.
The Bavarians, on the other hand, are seen as one of the main favourites to win the Champions League trophy, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. Bayern Munich are on a four-game winning run in all competitions and with manager Vincent Kompany having almost a full squad at his disposal, away win should be considered. Anthony Davies remains in the recovery room, while Serge Gnabry should recover in time to face the Scottish champions in Glasgow.
Highlighted Player (Harry Kane):

Widely regarded as one of England’s best strikers at the moment, Harry Kane enjoyed a meteoric rise at Tottenham Hotspur, scoring 21 Premier League goals during the 2014/2015 campaign to be voted PFA Young Player of the Year.
The highly rated striker went on to surpass that achievement the following season as he helped Tottenham Hotspur mount a serious title challenge for the first time in club’s recent history and he made seamless transition to international football. Kane scored four goals in his first ten appearances for England to prove he was here to stay and at the same time established himself as a first choice striker in Roy Hodgson’s squad ahead of the Euro 2016 finals.
Kane is a modern striker, who is extremely dangerous in the opposition box, but it was some outstanding goals from distance as well as link-up play with teammates that earned him an excellent reputation in world football. Kane is expected to lead both Tottenham and England in years to come, that is if he can resist the lure of top European clubs that continue to cast admiring glances his way.
Highlighted Team (Celtic):

The Celtic Football Club boasts a proud over 100-year long history which has made The Bhoys a global brand thanks to their unprecedented social awareness that dates to the very beginnings of this Scottish club. Celtic was founded in 1887 with the purpose of alleviating poverty in the immigrant Irish population in the East End of Glasgow by raising money to help their fellow citizens.
The charity legacy continues to this day with Celtic still preserving their charitable traditions through the Celtic FC Foundation. The Celts play their home matches at Celtic Park in front of 60,000 people. One of the two most successful football clubs in Scotland with 47 Scottish League Championship titles to their name, Celtic have a long-standing fierce rivalry with Rangers, with the clubs known as the Old Firm.
European Cup winners from season 1966-67 and runners-up two years later, Celtic have been regular in European competitions since their first appearance in 1962-63. Their other most standout results have been runners-up in the EUFA Cup in 2003 and Intercontinental Cup in 1967.
