Our prediction for this Copa del Rey match:
Leganes and Real Sociedad go head to head at Estadio Municipal de Butarque in the Copa del Rey last 32. Leganes aim to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Real Valladolid, and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against La Real. All Sabin, Munoz, Jon, Doukoure, and Randjelovic are pushing for a start, with Garcia, Garces, Shibasaki, Recio, and Jose likely to drop to the bench.
The Basques, on the other hand, head into the match following a 1-1 draw with their local rivals Deportivo Alaves. Since Real Sociedad have slim chances of winning the La Liga title, they will surely give 100% to go all the way in the 2021/2022 Copa del Rey campaign. Even though all Barrenetxea, Lobete, Gorosabel, Sola, Monreal, and Fernandez should miss out for the La Liga outfit, we are tempted to put our money on the visitors.
Highlighted Player (Recio):
Recio is a Spanish footballer who was born in Malaga on January 11, 1991. Recio is a product of his home-town club Malaga and he has been playing for los Boquerones at senior level since 2010.
