Our prediction for this Coppa Italia match:
Following a hard-fought 3-1 win over ten-man Sassuolo, Juventus will be looking to book their place in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals when they take on Genoa at their Allianz Stadium. The Bianconeri have been showing signs of improvement of late, with the team eyeing their fourth consecutive win in 2021. Even though Andrea Pirlo will use this match to rest key players, home win should be considered.
Both McKennie and Dybala suffered injuries in the 3-1 win over Sassuolo, with Chiesa picking up a knock. The likes of Rabiot, Kulusevski, Ramsey, Bernardeschi, and Morata are pushing for a start. The Rossoblu are not regarded as good travellers, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Juve’s party at Allianz Stadium. Goldaniga returns from suspension, while the likes of Biraschi, Cassata, Pandev, Pellegrini, and Zapata are all out of contention through injuries.
Highlighted Player (Cristiano Ronaldo):
Cristiano Ronaldo is considered one of the world’s best football players. The Portuguese ace was born on 5 February, 1985 in Funchal, Madeira and he played for the likes of Andorinha, Nacional and Sporting during his youth career. Manchester United scouts spotted him and one year later he joined the Old Trafford outfit. He quickly established himself as the team’s key player and it has to be noted that he won three consecutive Premier League trophies with the Red Devils (2006/2007, 2007/2008, 2008/2009). In 2008 he helped the Old Trafford outfit beat Chelsea in the Champions League final, scoring for Alex Ferguson’s troops in the regular time.
