Lorient
A place in the Coupe de France last 32 will be at stake when Rennes and Lorient face each other at Roazhon Park on Saturday evening. Rennes have slim chances of winning the Ligue 1 title, and, no doubt, they will give 100% to go all the French Cup. All Jeremy Doku, Birger Meling, Flavien Tait, and Jeremy Galin, while important attacker Martin Terrier is unlikely to be risked after limping off with injury in a 2-1 loss to Nice.
Les Merlus, on the other hand, suffered a heavy 4-1 loss to Metz in their last league match, and given their anything but good away record in the Ligue 1, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. Jeremy Morel and Fabien Lemoine remain in the recovery room, but they should be the only absentees in the away team.
Highlighted Player (Dalbert Henrique):
Dalbert Henrique is a left-footed full back who plays for Ligue 1 side Nice. Born in Barra Mansa, Brazil, Henrique began his career in a local club Barra Mansa and in 2012 he moved to Fluminense. One year later the 182-cm-tall footballer joined Flamengo, but he did not play for “Mengao” at senior level.
Dalbert Henrique made his professional debut for Academio de Viseu and in 2015 he moved to Vitoria Guimaraes of Portugal. After making 25 appearances for the Primeira Liga club, the left-back joined Ligue 1 side Nice in 2016. Henrique made his debut for les Aiglons on August 14, 2016 in a league match against Stade de Rennais. Dalbert, who was born on September 8, 1993, has yet to earn a call-up for the Brazil national football team.
The Brazilian player has a contract with Nice which expires on June 30, 2021. His main position is left-back (full-back), but he is capable of playing as a left midfielder as well.

Founded back in 1926, Lorient is a French football club that competes in Ligue 1. Les Merlus have yet to win the Ligue 1 trophy, but they did well to go all the way in the Coupe de France in the 2001/02 season. In the title game, Lorient defeated Bastia thanks to Jean-Claude Darcheville’s goal.
The same season les Merlus made it to the Coupe de la Ligue final, but Bordeaux proved to be a big catch (0-3) for them in the title game. Lorient welcome their rivals at Stade du Moustoir, the stadium which can hold up to 16,392 spectators. The colour of the team’s home shirt is orange with a little black on it, while white is the dominant colour of their away jersey. In the 2002/03 season Lorient represented France in European competitions.
Les Merlus, though, failed to impress on their debut in the UEFA Cup as they were beaten by Denizlispor in the round 1 double-header.
