Our prediction for this Denmark Superliga match:
Buoyed by a 2-1 win over Aarhus, Randers will be aiming to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they take on Sonderjyske at their Cepheus Park on Saturday. Randers have been performing above expectations at the start of the season, and, as a result, the bookies see them as favourites to win the match. Sierra Leone international Alhaji Kamara, who limped off with an injury at the weekend, is unlikely to feature in Sunday’s clash.
Sonderjyske, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 2-0 loss to Nordsjaelland. Michael Boris’ troops have been struggling in front of goal at the start of the season, and given Randers’ fine form, we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed. When the two teams met in the Danish Cup earlier in 2021 Randers rolled over Sonderjyske 4-0. Both Beck and Banggaard are sidelined with injuries for the visiting team.
