Following a come-from-behind triumph over Differdange, Ordabasy will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they face Pyunik Yerevan in Almaty on Thursday afternoon. Aleksandr Sednev has no fresh injury worries, but both Sadovski and Tursynbay could sneak into the starting XI after the duo scored off the bench in the last qualifying game.
The Armenians, on the other hand, defeated Struga in the Conference League second qualifying round, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Ordabasy, who showed character in the triumph over Differdange. As for the visiting team, Portugal midfielder Martim Maia is only one yellow card away from suspension. Ordabasy defenders should have Mikhail Kovalenko as the Russia international scored a brace in the 3-1 win over Struga. When the two sides met in a friendly earlier this year Pyunik defeated Ordabasy 4-2, meaning that the Kazakhs are hungry for revenge.
