Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Letzigrund Stadion will be packed when Zurich and Shelbourne lock go head to head in the Conference League second qualifying round, first leg on Thursday evening. Zurich kicked off their Swiss Super League campaign with a 2-0 win over Yverdon and, as a result, the odds for home win have been dropping. Nemanja Tosic is a major doubt after limping off with injury in the season opener, with fellow defender Doron Leidner being ready to sneak into the starting eleven.
The Reds, on the other hand, are in the middle of the season, with the team leading the chase for the Ireland Premier Division trophy. Shelbourne did well to eliminate St Josephs of Gibraltar in the first qualifying round, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Zurich, who are a real force to be reckoned with at home. Both Patrick Barrett and Tyreke Wilson are back from the domestic bans.
