Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Ulker Stadium Sukru Saracoglu will be the centre of attention when Fenerbahce and Rangers take on each other in the Europa League last 16, first leg. Fenerbahce faced no difficulties in the double-header with Anderlecht and they are seen as favourites to win the upcoming two-legged tie as well. Jose Mourinho can’t count on suspended midfielder Fred for Thursday’s clash, while all Diego Carlos, Rodrigo Becao, Levent Mercan, Jayden Oosterwolde, and Ismail Yuksek should miss out with injuries.
The Gers, on the other hand, have lost the title race with their bitter rivals Celtic and given their embarrassing defeat to Motherwell at the weekend, home win should be considered. Fit-again defender Leon Balogun is in line for a recall to the starting XI, while all Oscar Cortes, Neraysho Kasanwirjo, and John Souttar remain in the treatment room. Barry Ferguson should stick to the 4-4-2 formation.
Highlighted Player (Tom Lawrence):

Tom Lawrence is a Welsh footballer who plays as a winger for Championship side Derby County. Born in Wrexham (Wales) on January 13, 1994, Tom Lawrence played for Everton and Manchester United during his youth career.

The Wales international played for the likes of Yeovil Town, Leicester City, Rotherham United, Blackburn Rovers, Cardiff City and Ipswich Town as well before signing a contract with Derby County. Tom Lawrence’s main position is left winger, but he is used as both second striker and right winger as well.
The Derby County man made his Wales debut in November 2015 in a 3-2 loss to Netherlands. The highlight of his career is the goal he scored against Georgia in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers. His preferred foot is right and he wears No. 10 jersey at Derby County.

Galatasaray are considered Fener’s bitterest rivals and the two teams face each other in Kitalar Arasi Derbi. The rivalry between the clubs started back in 1934, when a friendly between the two teams was abandoned due to riots. Besiktas are regarded as Fenerbahce’s big rivals as well.
The likes of Mujdat Yetkiner, Zeki Riza Sporel, Aykut Kocaman, Emre Belozoglu, Alex, Nicolas Anelka, Diego Lugano, Roberto Carlos and Dirk Kuyt are famous footballers who played for the club in the past.
