Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Galatasaray will try to overcome a three-goal deficit in the Europa League tie with AZ Alkmaar when the two teams face each other at Rams Park on Thursday evening. Galatasaray experienced all sorts of problems at the back in the first leg, but it has to be noted that defender Kaan Ayhan was shown a red card early in the second half. As a result, the 30-year-old serves a one-game ban, while all Victor Osimhen, Lucas Torreira, Mario Lemina, and Darwin Sanchez are back from suspension. As important first-team regulars are back to the starting XI, home win should definitely be considered.
The Eredivisie outfit, on the other hand, are likely to adopt a defence-minded approach in the second leg. Galatasaray, though, are a real force to be reckoned with at home and with key players returning to the starting eleven, there is a big value in betting on Okan Buruk’s troops. Serbian midfielder Kristijan Belic is back from suspension for the visiting side.
