Granada
Aker Stadion will host Thursday’s Europa League clash between Molde and Granada. The Norwegians aim to overcome a two-goal deficit, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at los Granadinos. Important midfielder Martin Ellingsen is banned for the match, and seeing that Molde have yet to kick-off the new Eliteserien campaign, home win should not be considered.
Granada, on the other hand, are with one foot in the quarter-finals, but boss Diego Martinez must warn his men against complacency. Even though the Spanish tactician has some injury worries, we predict that Granada will record yet another win over Molde. Experienced attacker Roberto Soldado, who found the net in the first leg, is widely expected to lead the line for the visiting team. It has to be noted that the La Liga side recorded four win in the previous six away games in the Europa League.

Magnus Wolff Eikrem is a Norwegian footballer who was born in Molde on August 8, 1990. As expected, he started his youth career at his hometown club Molde in 2002, but four years later Manchester United scouts brought him to England. Eikrem returned to Molde in 2011, scoring six goals in 68 league appearances for the Blues in the Eliteserien.
After his spells with Heerenveen, Cardiff City, Malmo, and Seattle Sounders, the Norway midfielder made yet another return to Molde in 2018. Eikrem has been playing for the Blues ever since, establishing himself as one of the team’s key players.
Speaking of his international career, he scored two goals in 12 appearances for the Norway U21 team, while making his debut with the senior team in a 1-1 draw with Denmark on January 15, 2012. He replaced Markus Henriksen after 75 minutes. He is the son of former Molde footballer Knut Hallvard Eikrem.

Granada are an Andalusian football club that plays in Spanish La Liga. The club were founded on 14 April, 1931 and they have yet to win the Primera Division trophy. El Grana, though, booked their place in the Spanish Cup final in 1959, but Barcelona proved to be a big catch for the Andalusian outfit.
Granada host their rivals at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes, the stadium that was built in 1995. The capacity of the stadium is 23,934. Granada’s main rivals are fellow Andalusian team Sevilla, but Real Betis are regarded as the club’s bitter rivals as well.
The likes of Yacine Brahimi, Juan Aguero, Gustavo Benitez, Pahinho, Denis Milar, Julio Montero Castillo, Capi, Cesar and Jose Mingorance are famous players that were part of the Estadio El Sadar outfit in the past. The original colour of Granada’s kits were blue and white, but after the Spanish Civil War the club chiefs bought new ones (red and white).
