Our prediction for this FIFA Club World Cup match:
Inter will try to recover from an embarrassing 5-0 loss to PSG in the Champions League final when they face Monterrey in their FIFA Club World Cup opener. Simone Inzaghi paid price for the heart-breaking loss at Allianz Arena, with Cristian Chivu taking over the reins. The Romanian tactician is eager to record a win on his Inter debut, but his men will have to prove their worth on the field. Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic are no longer parts of the team, while fellow attacker Mehdi Taremi is unable to travel to USA due to airstrikes in his homeland.
The Mexican outfit, are eager to spoil Inter’s party at Rose Bowl, but given the number of high-profile players in the away team, we predict that Cristian Chivu’s men are going to pick up all three points from Wednesday’s clash. To make things even worse for the nominal hosts, experienced defender Carlos Salcedo misses the Group E opener with injury.
Highlighted Player (Hakan Calhanoglu):

Hakan Calhanoglu is another one in the long line of Turkish footballers who were born in Germany, so it is hardly surprising he came to prominence thanks to his performances in Bundesliga. The attacking midfielder with great vision and very good goalscoring record started his professional career at Karlsruher, scoring impressive 17 goals in 50 league outings to earn a move to Bundesliga side Hamburg.
The spell at Imtech Arena was merely a stepping stone for bigger things as 11 goals in his debut top flight campaign persuaded Bayer Leverkusen to splash nearly €15 million on his services. That proved a very good investment as Calhanoglu continued the rich vein of form, and it is now a matter of time before he joins one of European powerhouses.
The midfield maestro had a bright start to his career in the Turkey national team, scoring 5 goals in first 16 caps, and chances are he will become a leader for Milli Takim in the foreseeable future.
Highlighted Team (Inter):

Internazionale Milano, known as Internazionale, Inter or Inter named Milan, is a football club from Italy, founded on March 9, 1908 by a number of "rebels" who did not like in the regulations of the Milan Cricket and Football Club, now known as AC Milan. The main objection was that no foreign players were allowed. In 1928 the club merged with US Milanese and strongly entered a time when Ambrosiana-Inter survived.
The club, nicknamed the Nerazzurri or the blue / blacks has had many successes. This is how Inter Milan won 18 national titles, seven times the Italian Cup, the UEFA Cup 3x, and 3x times the Champions League, formerly known as the European Cup I.
