Barrow
Buoyed by a 3-0 win over Cheltenham Town, Birmingham City will be aiming to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they face Barrow on Tuesday afternoon. The Blues quickly bounced back from a 5-2 loss to Blackburn, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence. Head coach Lee Bowyer could opt to make changes to the starting XI, with all Aneke, Campbell, Roberts, Lakin, Bailey, and Leko pushing for a start.
Barrow, on the other hand, aim to kick off preparations for the new League Two campaign in style, but they face a difficult task in their first warm-up game. Considering that Birmingham City looked sharp in front of goal in the triumph over Cheltenham, we are tempted to put our money on the nominal hosts this time out.

George Friend has played for no less than nine English clubs so far in his career. Friend made his first-team debut for non-League club Exeter City on April 17, 2006 in a goalless draw with Forest Green Rovers and he stayed at St James Park until 2008. After ending his loan spells with Tiverton Town and Team Bath he joined Wolverhampton, but he made no more than seven appearances for the Wolves in the league.
The 188-cm-tall left-back, who is capable of playing as a centre-back as well, played for the likes of Millwall, Southend, Scunthorpe United and Exeter City on loan during his spell with Wolverhampton and at the end of the 2009/2010 season he signed a two-year deal with Doncaster Rovers. Friend made his Doncaster debut on August 7, 2010 in a 2-0 win over Preston and after three years at the club he was sold to Middlesbrough for a fee of £100,000.
The left-footed defender has been playing for Boro ever since and you should know that he made 24 appearances for the club in the 2016/2017 Premier League campaign.

Founded back in 1901, Barrow is an English club that competes in the League two, the fourth tier of the English football system. The Bluebirds are well known for their blue shirts with white details, but yellow is the dominant colour of their away jersey. Barrow play home games at Holker Street, the stadium which can hold up to 5,045 spectators.
The venue was opened in 1909, and it has to be noted that no fewer than 16,874 people attended the FA Cup match between Barrow and Swansea in January, 1954. The Bluebirds have won two FA Trophies (1989/90, 2009/10), with the team lifting the Lancashire Senior Cup trophy in the 1954/55.
