Our prediction for this League 1 match:
One Call Stadium will host Saturday’s League One game between Mansfield Town and Barnsley, the two teams with totally different ambitions for the season finale. The Yellows aim to put an end to their 13-game winless run and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against Barnsley. Stephen McLaughlin limped off with injury in a 2-0 loss to Exeter, with Nathaniel Jordan Bowery likely to replace him in the starting XI.
The Tykes, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 3-0 loss to Blackpool. As both Mansfield and Barnsley are desperate to get back on course in League One, we are tempted to place our bets on both teams to score. Earlier this season, Mansfield defeated Barnsley 2-1 at Oakwell, which goes in favour of our earlier betting prediction. Speaking of the away team, defender Mael de Gevigney is back from suspension.
Highlighted Team (Mansfield):

The venue was built back in 1861 and renovated in 1999. Chesterfield and Notts County are regarded as the club’s fiercest rivals. Mansfield Town did well to win the Football League Trophy in 1986/1987 season, with the team beating Bristol City on penalties at Wembley Stadium.
The two teams played out a 1-1 draw in the regular time, with Kevin Kent and Glyn Riley scoring for Mansfield Town and Bristol City respectively. Goalkeeper Rod Arnold is the player with most appearances as he played 513 games for the Stags in all competitions.
