After suffering a 2-1 loss to Grimsby Town on Matchday 42, Bolton will be aiming to retain their spot in top three when they host Carlisle United at their University of Bolton Stadium. The Trotters are eyeing their 11th home win of the season, but the game against Carlisle will be anything but a walk in the park for the promotion-chasing side.
The Cumbrians, on the other hand, are determined to book their place in the playoffs. Carlisle United are two points behind top seven, but given their three-game winless run in the League Two, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. In the first half of the season the two teams played out a 3-3 draw, but home win should be considered this time out as the Trotters are determined to secure automatic promotion to the League One.

The pacey right-back made only one appearance for the Toffees as he played against Krasnodar in the Europa League 2013/2014 season. Gethin Jones played for the likes of Plymouth Argyle (loan), Barnsley (loan), Fleetwood Town, and Mansfield Town (loan) as well before joining his current club Carlisle United. Jones is eligible to play for Australia and Wales despite playing for the Wales U17, U19, and U21 teams in the past.
He made his League Two debut with Carlisle United in a 3-2 win over Stevenage on September 14, 2019. Jones’ main position is right-back, but he is used as both right midfielder and left-back as well. His preferred foot is right.
