Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Auxerre and Olympique Lyon, the two old rivals, square off against each other at Stade de l’Abbe-Deschamps on day 29 of the current Ligue 1 campaign. Auxerre aim to build on back-to-back wins over Montpellier and Rennes and a triumph over Lyon will see them move one step closer towards survival. Assane Diousse is rated doubtful for the home side after picking up a knock in the last league match, while there are no other fresh injury concerns in the home team.
Les Gones, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-1 win over Lille. Lyon are eyeing a spot in the Champions League and with Auxerre being stuck in the middle of the table, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on the away team. Ernest Nuamah limped off with injury in the triumph over les Dogues, with Rayan Cherki being ready to step up.
