Lyon
Clermont and Lyon, the two sides who have nothing to play for in the last game of the season, face each other at Stade Gabriel Montpied on Saturday. Despite suffering a 1-0 loss to Strasbourg at the weekend, Clermont will compete in the Ligue 1 for yet another season as they are five points clear of the relegation zone ahead of Matchday 38. All Hamel, Dossou, and Mendy are pushing for a start, while Salis Abdul Samed is back from suspension.
Les Gones, on the other hand, aim to build on a 3-2 win over Nantes. Lyon missed out on a spot in European competitions, but seeing that they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play, we are tempted to put our money on over 2.5 goals. Thiago Mendes remains on the sidelines through suspension, while all Denayer, Diomande, Cherki, and Pintor continue to miss out with injuries.

After spending the 2010/2011 season at Manchester City, Jerome Boateng moved to Bayern Munich on 14 July, 2011. The 192-cm-tall defender joined the Bundesliga giants for a fee of €13.5 million and he has been playing for the Bavarians ever since. Despite the fact that his father is Ghanaian, Boateng decided to represent Germany on the international stage.
He has 15 caps for Germany U21 and represented Germany national team at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The Bayern Munich defender produced a thrilling performance in the title game, preventing Argentine star Leo Messi from scoring. Boateng won the World Cup trophy with German and it has to be noted that he clinched his fourth Bundesliga title with Bayern Munich in the 2015/2016 season.
In 2013 he helped the mighty Bavarians win the Champions League trophy. Unlike Jerome, his older brother Kevin-Prince Boateng plays for the Ghanaian national team. The Bayern Munich defender has a contract with the Allianz Arena outfit which expires on 30 June, 2012.

Commonly referred to as Lyon, Olympique Lyonnais is the French club which play their games at the Parc Olimpique Lyonnais with a capacity just a pinch short of 60,000. Lyon is one of the most popular clubs in France with a vast fan base on par with Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille.
