Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Sunday’s football game between Lille and Lens will bring down the curtain on the Ligue 1 round 27. Les Dogues aim to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Nantes, with the team eyeing their third consecutive win at home. Defender Alexsandro Ribeiro serves a one-game ban due to accumulation of yellow cards, while both Tiago Santos and Samuel Umtiti remain in the recovery room. Kosovo winger Edon Zhegrova is closing in on a return.
Les Sang et Or, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Marseille and Rennes. Lille, though, are tough to beat at home and we do not believe that Lens are capable of grabbing more than one point from Sunday’s encounter. With no fresh injury worries to report, Will Still is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated Les Rouges et Noirs before the international break.
