Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Metz and Lens go head to head at Stade Municipal Saint-Symphorien in a highly-anticipated Ligue 1 game. Metz’s main goal is to secure the elite division survival, while Lens are fighting hard to book a place in European competitions. Les Grenats, though, want this win more than the visitors, and that is the main reason why home triumph should be considered.
Vincent Pajot continues to miss out through suspension, while both Fabien Centonze and Matthieu Udol are out of contention with injuries. As for the visiting team, both Corentin Jean and Wesley Said remain in the recovery room. Lens failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Brest at the weekend, which is yet another reason why we predict the hosts will pick up all three points from Sunday’s clash. In their last meeting at the venue les Grenats defeated Les Sang et Or 2-0.
