Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Sunday's Ligue 1 round 13 match features stumbling Montpellier, who host relegation-threatened Toulouse at the Stade de la Mosson. The home team, despite boasting of the 3rd best home form in the league, sits in the middle of the standings and comes into this game at the back of a 2-2 away draw with Metz. Meanwhile, the away side, who have conceded more goals than any other team in the league this season, enters this game at the back of 2-3 home loss to Lyon.
Historically, this fixture has been played 24 times and generated 50 goals at an average of 2.1 goals per game. Montpellier edges the head to head with nine wins to Toulouse's six. La Paillade have remained steady at home throughout their campaign. They will fancy their chances against a Toulouse outfit who have yet to register an away win in the league this season. We believe the favorites will win this game.

Ahead of the start of the 2015/2016 Ligue 2 campaign, Teji Savanier joined Nimes and he has been playing for the club ever since. The 171-cm tall midfielder has established himself as a first-team regular at Nimes and he successfully plays for the club in the French top flight. Savanier’s main position is central midfield, but he is used as an attacking midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right.

Highlighted Team (Toulouse):

Toulouse are a professional football club that compete in Ligue 1. Les Pitchouns are well known for their purple jerseys with white stripes and it has to be noted that they used to wear red and yellow jerseys in the past. Toulouse welcome their opponents at Stadium Municipal and the capacity of the team’s home ground is 33.150. Stadium Municipal was used as a venue for the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
In 1982 the club secured promotion to the Ligue 1 for the first time ever and you should bear in mind that the likes of Jacques Santini and Daniel Jeandupeux were part of the team. A win over Napoli in the round 1 of the 1986/1987 UEFA Cup is considered one of the club’s biggest success as football legend Diego Maradona played for the Italian team back then, attacker Daniel Jeandupeux scored the winner for Toulouse in the penalty shoot-out. Bordeaux are regarded as the club’s fiercest rivals and the two teams face each other in Derby de la Garonne.
