Our prediction for this MLS match:
Montreal will be aiming to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over New York City when they take on Columbus Crew on Thursday morning. The Canadians did well to record their first win of the season and, no doubt, the triumph gave them a confidence boost. Montreal want to give fans yet another reason to celebrate, but this match will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. Both Bryce Duke and Gennadiy Synchuk are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
The Crew, on the other hand, aim to overtake FC Cincinnati in top position in the Eastern Conference. Columbus have yet to suffer a loss on the road this season and given CF Montreal’s signs of improvement, there is a big value in betting on draw. Defender Andres Herrera continues to miss out with injury for the visiting team.
