Soldier Field will host Thursday’s MLS game between Chicago and Toronto, the two bottom-table sides. Chicago Fire aim to escape the ultimate position, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach against Toronto. Defender Miguel Navarro is banned for the match, while all Kendall Burks, Wyatt Omsberg, and Chris Brady remain in the recovery room. The Reds, on the other hand, collected only one point in total from the previous three league fixtures.
The Canadian outfit are eager to return to winning ways as well, meaning that both teams to score betting option should be considered. Canada striker Ayomide Akinola is widely expected to return to the starting XI, while both Lorenzo Insigne and Noble Okello continue to miss out with injuries. Francisco Calvo is a product of Sarprissa football academy. The Costa Rica international started his senior career at his homeland club Herediano, playing as a defender. Calvo played for the likes of Perez Zeledon, Nordsjaelland, Santos and Sarprissa before joining Minnesota United in 2017 and it has to be noted that he made his MLS debut on March 4, 2017 in a 5-1 loss to Portland Timbers.
The Costa Rica defender quickly proved his worth in the Major League Soccer and in 2018 he was selected as an MLS All-Star, becoming the first ever Loons player to receive the honour. As for his international career, Francisco Calvo made his Costa Rica debut on July 2, 2011 in a Copa America loss to Colombia.
The Minnesota United man is used as both centre and left back and his preferred foot is left. Calvo was born in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, on July 8, 1992.

Toronto is a club based in Canada, but they have been competing in Major League Soccer since 2007. Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment own both the soccer club and National Hockey League’s Toronto Maple Leafs. BMO Field is the club’s home ground and the capacity of the stadium is 30.000.
The Canadian outfit impressed in the 2016 MLS Cup and they faced Seattle Sounders in the title game at BMO Field. However, the Canadians were more than unfortunate not to lift the silverware as they were beaten by the Sounders on penalties.
