New England Revolution
DC United play host to New England Revolution at their Audi Field on Thursday morning. The capital club aim to recover from a 2-0 loss to New York Red Bulls and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against New England Revolution. Bear in mind, though, that star striker Christian Bentenke remains in the recovery room, alongside Dominique Badji and Lukas MacNaughton.
The Revs, on the other hand, head into the match following a 3-3 draw with Sporting Kansas City. New England are expected to adopt yet another attack-minded approach and given DC United’s attacking potential at home, there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. Fit-again forward Maximiliano Urruti is likely to start from the bench once again despite scoring as a substitute in the last league match. Both Luca Langoni and Will Sands are sidelined with injuries for the visiting side.

Christian Benteke, born on 3th of December 1990 is a Belgian football player with roots from Congo. Benteke started his career at KRC Genk and after playing for Standard Liege, KV Mechelen, KV Kortrijk and Aston Villa the striker got transferred to Liverpool. Benteke is 191cm and is known for being a very strong goal scoring striker. In May 2010 Benteke made his debut for the Belgian national team.
Christian Benteke didn’t win any mayor prices yet. In the season 2008/2009 he won the national league of Belgium. Benteke is signed by Nike and got transferred to Liverpool for 46 million euro which makes him the second most expensive football player from Belgium. Benteke’s nickname is The Beast or Bentegoal.

Unlike famous NFL club New England Patriots, the Revolution have yet to win the domestic trophy. New England participated five times in the MLS Cup final, but they were more than fortunate not to lift the silverware. The Revs played their last final in 2014, with the team losing to LA Galaxy in the title game at StubHub Center. New England Revolution, though, clinched the North American SuperLiga trophy in 2008 and that is considered as the club’s biggest success.
It has to be noted that the Revs defeated Houston Dynamo on penalties in the final of the tournament. New England Revolution were founded in 1994 and Gillette Stadium is the home ground of the club. Legendary defender Alexi Lalas played for the Revolution (1996-1997) and he scored three goals for the Gillette Stadium outfit. Fellow USA ace Clint Dempsey was part of the team as well and you should know that he netted 25 goals in 71 league appearances for the club.
